How to Cancel an Order or Start a Return
To cancel your order:
- Visit Orders & Returns in your account, or enter your guest order details here if you ordered as a guest. You’ll need to provide your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to cancel and state your reason.
- We’ll confirm the cancellation via email. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it once received.
To start a return:
- Go to Orders & Returns in your account or use your guest order details.
- Find the order you wish to return, select “Return Item(s),” and state your reason.
- Choose from two return methods based on your location:
- Book a free returns collection: Choose your collection address and schedule a collection date and time.
- Return for free at a drop-off point: Choose this option in your account and take the items to the designated location.
Prepare your return:
- Place items in the original packaging. Attach the provided Return Label and any Return Note to the outside of the package.
- Hand over the package to the courier and ensure they scan the label to track your return.
