Orders placed on FALANTASY can be delivered any day of the week. Delivery costs will vary depending on where your item is coming from and its destination. Delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We do not offer express delivery; our delivery timeline ranges from 7 to 21 days depending on the order’s country and location.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

If you’re placing your order from the locations below and it’s above the following thresholds, we offer free standard delivery:

  • United Kingdom: GBP £400 (full price and sale)
  • United States: USD $200 (full price and sale)
  • China Mainland: CNY ¥2500 (full price and sale)
  • Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR: HKD $3000 (full price and sale)
  • Taiwan Region: TWD $10000 (full price and sale)
  • CIS countries: USD $430 (full price only)


Our standard delivery times range from 7 to 21 days depending on your location. Orders go through our suppliers and customers will receive an email confirming their order and the estimated delivery timeline. Please note that FALANTASY cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we’ll try to minimize any potential delays.


At FALANTASY, we offer a selection of pre-owned items that are in excellent condition. The delivery timeline for pre-owned items may vary depending on the item’s location and specific order details. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure quality before being listed for sale. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all pre-owned products to ensure customer satisfaction.


Our 3D printed apparel is crafted on-demand using the latest in printing technology to bring your unique designs to life. Due to the nature of 3D printing, the manufacturing time can vary based on the complexity of the design. After printing, items are inspected for quality and then shipped. Delivery times for 3D printed apparel will depend on the production time and the delivery location of the order. We appreciate your patience as we create a custom piece that meets your specifications.


For orders placed from the following regions, the cost of duties and taxes is included in your order. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with no additional delivery fees:

EU (excluding the Canary Islands), UK, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, UAE, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, Hong Kong SAR, and Bahrain.

If a Delivery At Place (DAP) destination is selected, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. You’ll need to pay these directly to our courier to release your order from customs.


After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with all the details. Orders are processed by our brands and partner boutiques within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive another email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Orders & Returns section in your account.


Changed your mind? Some of our brands and partner boutiques allow order cancellations before the order is prepared. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

  1. Go to Orders & Returns in your account, or enter your guest order details.
  2. Select the items you wish to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
  3. We’ll email you a confirmation of your cancelled order.

If your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel it, but we do offer a free returns service. For more information, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.
