PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY

Your order will be carefully packaged in protective material. Branded boxes or cases provided by the designer will also be included.

Yes, our pre-owned items are graded as follows:

  • Unworn with tags: Like new, original tags attached.
  • Excellent: Previously worn with minimal signs of wear.
  • Good: Previously worn with visible signs of wear.

DELIVERY, TAXES, AND DUTIES

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery can take 2-7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order through the Orders & Returns section of your account.

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. There are no additional costs due upon delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, excluding delivery costs. Use our Free Collection service for returns.

To request a return, visit Orders & Returns in your account or use your guest order details. Choose either a courier collection or a drop-off at a designated location.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
