Refund and Returns Policy


Falantasy is committed to reducing our environmental impact, which is why our return instructions are entirely paper-free. This not only benefits our customers but also helps protect our planet.

When returning items, please ensure that any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that were included with your purchase are returned in the reusable Falantasy packaging. If anything is missing or damaged from your return, it may affect your eligibility for a refund.

You must arrange for returns from the same country or region from which you ordered.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Go to Orders & Returns in your account, or if you ordered as a guest, use your guest order details.
  2. Find the order you want to return and select “Return Item(s).”
  3. Choose your reason for returning each item.

There are two ways to return items, depending on your location:

  • Book a free returns collection: Select your collection address and the number of packages, schedule a date and time, and click “Book Collection.”
  • Drop off your return for free at a local point: Choose the in-store or drop-off option in your account and take the return to the chosen Falantasy partner location.

Prepare your return by placing the item inside the Falantasy packaging, including all brand boxes, dust bags, or cases. Attach the Return Label to the outside of the package. If you received a Return Note with your order, attach it to your package.

When your package is collected or dropped off, ensure the courier scans the label so you can track your return.

If you need to reschedule your return collection, you can do so via Orders & Returns in your account.

Items from different brands or partner boutiques should be returned separately, with the correct Return Label for each package.


Falantasy accepts returns within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, inside a protective outer box.
  • Beauty products must be unopened, with seals intact.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must have hygiene seals attached and be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • Lingerie and swimwear should only be tried on over your own undergarments.
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all branded packaging and documents.

Please take care when trying on items and return them in the condition you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


Once your return is received and accepted by our brand or partner boutique, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding delivery costs, within 6 calendar days. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Made-to-order items: These items are specially created for you and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Pre-owned items: These are carefully inspected before sale to ensure quality. They must be returned in the same condition they were received. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service immediately.
